“Cuomo’s congestion pricing scheme is just another tax on overburdened New Yorkers who are already being nickeled and dimed to death. Governor Cuomo has wasted billions on his corrupt publicity projects while ignoring the growing MTA crisis and now is trying to cover up that mismanagement by taxing New Yorkers and rushing through legalized marijuana for the sake of its revenues, despite mounting evidence of health and public safety concerns.”
