“Senator Ritchie embodies the definition of public service. She has been a tireless fighter for not only her constituents in the North Country but for all New York taxpayers. Her legacy of work, particularly her successes securing critical infrastructure funding and legislation to protect children are achievements that will continue to be felt long after her retirement. We owe her a huge debt of gratitude for her three decades of service and wish her much happiness and quality time with her loving family.”
