Cox: Under Democrats, New York Remains a State in Decline

ALBANY – NYGOP Chair Ed Cox today released the following statement in response to new polling that shows Joe Biden with a lead of less than ten points in New York:

“Under uniparty Democrat leadership, New York remains a state in decline.

“Democrats’ tax and regulatory policies are anti-business, their education policies are anti-student, and their crime and immigration policies are anti-citizen.

“It’s no surprise that on the same day polling showed that Republicans are within striking distance at the Presidential level and that not one of New York’s Democratic leaders has an approval rating over 50%, a new report detailed that over half a million New Yorkers fled our state for friendlier locales.

“Democrats are happy to watch New York burn as long they can rule over the ashes.”
