New York receives “F” in Business Friendliness

ALBANY – NYGOP Chair Ed Cox today released the following statement in response to CNBC’s state business rankings. New York ranked 20th overall, and received an “F” in Business Friendliness and Cost of Living.

“New York is the business and financial capital of the country – the Empire State ought to be ranked #1, but one party Democratic rule continues to drive up the cost of doing business and force citizens and employers out of the state in search of friendlier climates.”
