County Executive Mark Poloncarz failed to protect the interests and safety of Erie County residents when he empowered New York City Mayor Eric Adams to relocate unvetted migrants from New York City to Erie County.
Because of Poloncarz's decision, Erie County residents have been the victim of violent crimes committed by these unvetted migrants, including rape and sexual assault at hotels in Cheektowaga.
Poloncarz's disastrous decision to allow New York City to offload its migrant crisis to Erie County, which has been exacerbated by the Biden Administration's failure to secure the southern border and New York City's own pro-migrant policies, is compounded by his own personal misconduct.
After a woman with whom Poloncarz had a personal relationship called the police pleading for assistance after Poloncarz allegedly physically accosted her, serious questions exist regarding the County Executive's character and judgment.
By signing this petition, I am calling for a Formal Investigation of County Executive Poloncarz's decision to allow New York City to relocate migrants to Erie County and the police report regarding County Executive's alleged domestic violence.
