NYSGOP RELEASES NEW WEB AD: MISMANAGEMENT
New York–August 31st…The New York Republican State Committee today released a new web ad highlighting Governor Cuomo’s transit and economic development failures. The new ad, entitled “Mismanagement” is the first in what will be a series of advertisements that will run on digital platforms across the state.
“The Governor may be desperate to make New Yorkers believe the transit nightmare is over, but we know that’s not the case and we are going to hold him accountable for his failures,” said NYSGOP Chairman Ed Cox. “He’s been wasting billions of taxpayer dollars on his political economic development boondoggles and now he’s trying to force commuters to pay more money to fund the repairs he should have been doing all along. It’s government mismanagement of the worst kind.”
The full script is below:
Andrew Cuomo wastes $8 billion in taxpayer dollars every year on corporate welfare boondoggles, while our subway system has fallen into complete disrepair.
Commuters are suffering from long travel times, delays and dangerous derailments.
The Governor’s plan?
Once again dip into New Yorker’s pockets to pay for repairs.
Governor: New Yorkers have had enough of your mismanagement.
